The Fluke

This is Tendencies Playbook all about being lucky, being good by accident, or just your good ol' tendency just helping you out. This is all about being a loser who can't do anything on their own by their luck or fail trying.

The Fluke lowers your base stat total to increase the number of Luck you have and multiple ways of getting Luck.  Failing more to gain an advantage, or just simply having bad luck spring upon you instead of your friends and more!
